We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase Realtime Databases to transfer data between our dashboards and target devices. These services ensure secure storage and transmission. Only authorized personnel with special access rights can access your account information, and they are obligated to maintain its confidentiality. Despite all measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data due to the nature of the internet. We recommend using strong passwords and keeping your credentials confidential.
Retention and deletion of data
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy or as required by law. After this period, we delete or anonymize your data. The retention period depends on the type of data and its intended use.
Account information: Information related to your account is stored while it remains active. After deactivation, some data is retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or improve our service. Query history and content: Data uploaded through our applications, such as queries or files, is retained for up to 30 days. After this period, the data is automatically deleted. Live data transmissions (e.g., screen and audio streaming) are not stored.
Sensitive data: Data such as location, audio, and video recordings are also stored for a maximum of 30 days. You can request early deletion of these data at any time. Data processed via direct connections such as WebRTC is not stored and is handled in real-time only.
Marketing information: If you have subscribed to marketing communications from us, we retain this data until you unsubscribe or we determine that there is no further interest (e.g., no interaction with our emails). Cookies and other tracking data are retained for a limited period from their creation date.
